Well, Delhi Metro’s Blue Line failure on Thursday morning left a lot of people angry, when due to a snag the Operations Control Centre (OCC) lost contact with the trains along the 50-km corridor.
What is OCC? The OCC is the metro’s centralised control room which monitors the trains and controls them on a real-time basis. Twitter was flooded with complaints against the metro service.
