Come February, and the warmth of love can be seen taking over the winter gloom, but as North India geared up to celebrate Valentine’s week, the weather had something else planned for them.
Heavy rains and hailstorm hit Delhi-NCR on Thursday evening making the weather colder. While the meteorological department had predicted heavy thunderstorm, this for the first time that the residents of Delhi saw such a hailstorm.
